How do I deposit?

Funding your account is quick and simple. There are various payment methods at your disposal. Simply choose whichever method you prefer and follow the steps below to make a successful deposit:

How do I deposit with online banking?

Click on “Online banking” from the drop-down menu on the deposit page and enter the amount you wish to deposit. Next, click “Continue.” You will be redirected to a new page with a list of banks available in your country. Once you select your bank, follow these steps:
1. Log into your e-bank account
2. Enter the verification code provided by your bank
3. Click “Submit”
Your trading account should be credited within minutes. If for any reason your transaction has been declined, you will be notified of the reason for declination.

What is the minimum First Time Deposit?

The minimum first deposit is 100 USD.
Please note: Unverified accounts are limited to a total deposit amount of $2,250. In order to upgrade your account to Verified status, please contact Customer Service. Myfxgo reserves the right to change any of the deposit limitations indicated, at any time. When registering a corporate account, a minimum first-time deposit of $10,000 is required.


Why can't I deposit using a payment method under another person's name (3rd party payment)?

Finvestus Inc. does not allow third-party payments. A third-party payment is a deposit made using a payment method that is not in the same name as the owner of the Myfxgo account. As stated in our terms and conditions, the owner of the trading account should be the owner of the funds. Therefore, there is no option to make a deposit using someone else’s payment method.

How do I deposit by credit/debit card?

To deposit using a credit/debit card, please click the “Credit Card” option from the drop-down menu, and enter the following details:
• Card number
• Expiration date 
• CVV (3 digits on the reverse side of your credit/debit card)

Within minutes, your account should be credited with the funds. If your request is not approved for any reason,  you will be notified via email.

The transaction will show as “Finvestus Inc.” on the financial statement of your payment provider.


How do I deposit by E-Wallet (Paypal, Skrill, Neteller)?

Click on your preferred method of payment from the drop-down menu, enter the amount you wish to deposit, click on “Continue” and then follow these steps:

1. You will be redirected to a new page to log into your E-Wallet account
2. Enter the required login details
3. Review the transaction
4. Once you’ve verified the details, click “Pay”

Within minutes your trading account should be credited. If for any reason your request is not approved, you will be notified by email.

*Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for us to process this type of deposit.

The transaction will show as “Finvestus Inc.” on the financial statement of your payment provider.

Which currencies does Myfxgo support?
All Myfxgo trading accounts are in USD. Therefore, when depositing with a different currency, the deposited amount will be converted at the current market rate. Please note that this is subject to a conversion fee.

Is there a minimum for deposits made after the First Time Deposit?

Yes. All deposits other than the First Time Deposit are required to be at least $50. For deposits made by wire transfer, the minimum required is $500.

How to Withdraw Funds on Myfxgo  


How do I withdraw money?

Want to withdraw funds from your account? No problem! Customers may withdraw funds from their Myfxgo account at any time. Funds can be withdrawn up to the value of the balance of your Myfxgo account, minus the amount of margin used.

Funds are withdrawn using the same method, and sent to the same account, as previously used for your deposit. Payment will be made in the following order of priority:

1. Credit Card
2. PayPal
3. Bank Transfer

*Please note you will be asked to provide an alternative payment method if we are unable to return your funds via your original deposit method.

How long will it take to process my withdrawal request and when will I receive my fund?

Myfxgo processes withdrawal requests within one (1) business day, provided we have all of the necessary information. The estimated time it will take to receive your payment is dependent upon the payment method used:

How can I cancel my withdrawal?

To cancel your withdrawal request, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account and click on “Withdraw Funds” tab. 
2. A pop-up message will appear. Use the “Click Here” link to view your withdrawal history.
3. Click on the “Reverse” button which appears next to the withdrawal request.  
4. Confirm that you wish to cancel the request.
5. All funds, including withdrawal fees, will be immediately returned to your account balance.

Please note that if your transaction status appears as “In Process" you will no longer be able to cancel your request. If this happens, contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

What conditions are required to open a withdrawal request?

1. The minimum amount for withdrawal is $30
2. You must have withdrawable funds available
3. Your account needs to be verified, meaning a green tick appears on your profile (if you haven’t yet verified your account, please contact us and upload the required documents)

Are there any withdrawal fees?

Yes, withdrawal requests are subject to a withdrawal processing fee. You will see the actual withdrawal fee in the Cashier after you have entered the withdrawal amount; at this point you can still call a halt to the request.

Any withdrawals sent in currencies other than USD are subject to conversion fees. Please note, you may be charged by the funding provider involved in the transfer (intermediary bank, receiving bank, or your credit card provider).

How will I know if my withdrawal request has been processed?

Once the processing of your withdrawal request has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation with details of the payment method used to send your funds. In addition, you may click here to view the current status of your withdrawal request in your Myfxgo account dashboard.

What should I do if my funds do not appear in my account?

1. Click here to view the current status of your withdrawal request in your Myfxgo account dashboard. Alternatively, you can check the email you received in relation to the processing of your withdrawal, which will specify the payment method to which the funds were sent and the date processed.
2. Take into consideration that from the time we process your withdrawal, it can take up to 8 business days for the funds to appear in your account statement.
3. If everything above was checked and you still cannot find the funds, please contact us. We will request you provide us with a payment method statement showing the incoming and outgoing transactions, from the time the withdrawal was processed, until the time you contacted us. Please make sure we can see your name, the transaction dates and the payment method details.
